What is Workfrom?

Workfrom has been providing tools and resources for the remote work community for years. We created this Slack to bring together remote workers all over the world that are fighting isolation. A place for us to work remotely, together. ✌️

This seems different…

This Slack group has been around for 3+ years, and at times bundled directly with a Workfrom account. We decided to break it out into it’s own thing, so that’s why things may seem a bit different :) If you have questions about your membership or about ANTYHING – post it in the #support channel in Slack or slide into @brooke’s DM’s.

How do I use Slack?

How do I contact support for the Workfrom Slack?

1. Add your message to the #support channel in Slack
2. DM the Workfrom team (@brooke or @jess)
3. Email support@workfrom.co

How can I update account or billing information?

Go to the members page and click “Update Account Information” 💪

How can I cancel my account?

Go to the members page and click “Update Account Information” 💪

How can I report someone/something as being inappropriate?

DM someone on the Workfrom Team immediately. This is the quickest way to get in contact with us to resolve any issues.

How can I refer a friend?

At the top left of Slack, click where it says #workfrom. In this menu there is an option to "Invite people to #workfrom" section. There you can enter in email details for your friends 🤗

How can I get to the Workfrom magazine?

How can I browse all the Workfrom Slack channels?

Within Slack, within the menu on the left click the “+” button next to '“Channels”. Here you will be able to select “Browse Channels”.
